This perennial is a member of the Mallow family (Malvaceae).  It spreads across the ground and the ends of its branches grow upward.  It produces eye-catching hot pink flowers that resemble small Hibiscus.  This plant can handle rough and rocky sites and is found naturally all across Oklahoma, especially in western counties.
