Showy (evening)
Primrose; Oenothera speciosa

These perennials range in height from 1-3 feet, with dark
green leaves and light pink flowers. This
plant is a namesake of its family, the Evening Primrose family (Onagraceae) and
is often found in large, spreading colonies.
The 4-petaled flower will bloom from spring to mid summer across much of
Oklahoma.
